Chicken Tikka Masala
Our tandoor cooked chicken thigh flavoured in a rich and uniquely Delhi style marinade. The chicken is then slow cooked in our rich creamy sauce with bell peppers.
Tarka moong Daal
We have taken the influence of Peshawar in carefully selecting a combination of lentils to produce an almost nutty and very moreish dish. The tarka is a careful balance of spices and olive oil.
Specially selected cuts of beef minced and seasoned then shaped into meatballs with mozzarella cheese filling, roasted to perfection. These meatballs are then cooked in a unique broth sauce. Served in Delhi on special occasions.
